The human body has natural faculties that help it fight disease and heal from injury. Our associates put those faculties to work for you, helping you stay healthy with a proactive focus on eliminating potential problems before they become real problems.
Although our family medical practice covers all contingencies of health care, as men age, their health concerns are likely to change. While the life-expectancy gap between men and women has decreased, it’s no secret that men need to pay more attention to their health. Men don’t seek medical help as often as women.
There are also health conditions that only affect men, such as prostate cancer and low testosterone. Many of the major health risks that men face – like colon cancer or heart disease – can be prevented and treated with early diagnosis. Screening tests can find diseases early, when they are easier to treat. It’s important to have regular checkups and screenings.

Supplemental Care for Chronic Illness
Preventive medicine is not all we do. Many patients come to us looking for a complementary or alternative treatment for their chronic illnesses. We treat chronic conditions such as:
- Hormone issues
- Auto immune diseases
There are many natural treatments that can reduce inflammation, high blood pressure and alleviate other serious conditions. We can often treat these illnesses using natural therapies.
Mistletoe is most frequently used as an adjunct to traditional cancer treatments. Studies in Europe have shown that the concurrent use of mistletoe with conventional treatments add to the effectiveness of those treatments as well as reduce the side effects. It works by stimulating the inactive components of the immune system to migrate from the blood into the tissue where the cancer is located to actively battle any cancer they find. Dr. Warnock has over 30 years experience using mistletoe as a compliment to conventional cancer treatments.
For patients generally trying to improve their diet, lose weight, employ dietary therapies to treat a specific illness or deal with food allergies, we offer a variety of diet options. These include various diets including going gluten free, finding a migraine (tyramine free) diet, implementing a diabetic diet, or ketogenic diet, among others. We believe there is no perfect diet for everyone, rather a person needs to discover the foods and diet that serves them best.
Acupuncture is a time tested ancient therapy that has been around for over 3,000 years. Traditionally it is used to treat most conditions, but most popular in the US for the treatment of pain. There are many physiological changes that the body makes in response to an acupuncture treatment. There are endorphins, “feel good hormones,” that are released into the bloodstream, as well as natural pain relieving compounds. Acupuncture can also have direct effects on the nervous system, endocrine system and musculature. We see the following conditions respond well using acupuncture: insomnia, fatigue, fibromyalgia, anxiety, headaches, infertility, muscle pain and spasticity, gastrointestinal problems and acute/chronic injuries.
Intravenous Nutrient Therapy
Intravenous (IV) Therapy is the therapeutic administration of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other substances directly into the blood stream. IVs bypass the normal route of absorption of nutrients through the gastrointestinal tract and are available directly to the cells. IV administration of nutrients allows for higher amounts of nutrients to be utilized by the body is especially helpful when people have compromised gastrointestinal function. This therapy is helpful for many conditions and we offer a variety of IV treatments.
