Dr. Susan Jacobs, N.D., L.Ac.

Dr. Susan Jacobs is a leader in the field of naturopathic medicine where her broad-spectrum of knowledge blends Eastern and Western traditions of healing.  She loves working with women and children and has successfully treated many conditions, including chronic and acute pain, fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, insomnia, allergies, irritable bowel syndrome, musculoskeletal pain, weight loss, addiction, thyroid conditions, chronic fatigue and attention deficit disorder.
Dr. Jacobs received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine and Masters of Science in Acupuncture from Bastyr University, renowned for its cutting-edge curriculum, comprehensive clinical training and groundbreaking research.  She is licensed to practice acupuncture and Naturopathic Medicine in Vermont, and uses complementary and alternative medical therapies within mainstream medicine, which help improve the body’s intrinsic ability to heal and maintain itself.  Dr. Jacobs’ goals are to promote holistic care that bridges both conventional and natural medicine, advocate for patient’s rights and help patients achieve optimal health.   In her spare time, she loves being outdoors with her husband and two children, especially hiking, camping, and organic gardening.
