Dr. Choying Joyce Lee, ND

Dr. Choying Joyce Lee is a licensed naturopathic physician. Compassionate and energetic, she practices what she teaches. Her approach to healing is to assist the body's own natural ability to heal by removing any obstacle to health and vibrant living.
Dr. Lee sees chronic and acute patients of all ages with any type of complaint, and has a particular emphasis on digestive issues, endocrine disorders, genetic analytic methods, adjunctive care for cancer patients, physical and emotional imbalances and rejuvenation. Among the therapies she employs are dietary and lifestyle change, clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, hydrotherapy, homeopathy, flower essences, meditation, EFT, Craniosacral Therapy, and Qigong.
Dr. Lee received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the University Of Bridgeport College Of Naturopathic Medicine and completed her advanced training in classical homeopathy from the New England School of Homeopathy. Other specialty training includes Generative Medicine, Genotyping, and the Blood Type Diet with Dr. Peter D'Adamo. Prior to discovering her passion for healing, she graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Psychology. During her time at UVA, she worked as a research assistant in the Center for Behavior Medicine Research at UVA hospital and actively involved in various integrated medicine projects.
Dr. Lee is a committed practitioner of Chinese Zen Buddhism and the Karma Kagyu tradition of Vajrayana Buddhism. She enjoys teaching meditation in her spare time. Since 1995, she found her path to carry out selfless devotion to humanity. She now hopes to further carry out this devotion in Naturopathic Medicine. She loves helping others achieve their happiness and wellness goals, which brings harmony, balance, and vitality back into their lives.
